Shipping

When you place an order using Kupiku's service, we depend on the website you found your item on to provide us with the weight of the item. This enables us to calculate the correct shipping & handling fee for your order when you checkout. However, there are occasions (especially with older items) where the weight of a product is not available to us. In the interest of expediting your order, we still make it possible to complete Checkout- even without shipping & handling cost being paid. Our team will determine the weight of your product after your order is placed, update the weight of the package in your order, and send you an email with your shipping options. This usually takes place within 24-48 hrs of your order being placed. You won't need to enter your payment information again. As soon as you select and pay for the shipping & handling cost, your order will be processed. In simple terms: In cases where we do not know the weight of the item you're ordering, your order will become a two step process: Step 1: You will pay for the item(s) in your order. Step 2: You will pay for the shipping & handling cost. In these cases, for example, during checkout, you will see "Pending" in the Shipping section of the Checkout, because, shipping cost/weight is not yet known to us. At Checkout, you will only pay for the item, and, after we receive your order- we will check the weight of the item, add it to our database, and moments later, you will receive an email informing you that you can now select your preferred shipping service and pay for it. As soon as you pay for shipping, then the order will be processed by our team.
